Jomtien. Jomtien is the beach south of Pattaya and where most of our guests stay when they come to Pattaya. It’s quiet, green, and regardless where you’re staying in this area, you’re often within walking distance from the beach, if not right on the beach. And yet, it’s not too far from Walking Street (between 15 and 25 minutes). No shortage of villas there, they are all over the place, including by the beach.
